Olga Ponce Furginson

Olga Ponce Furginson came to this country from Mexico at a very early age. Her artistic abilities were nurtured by her father, who was also an artist. After graduating from Woodbury University and Seguro Social de Mexico, she successfully dealt in many facets of art.

Olga began exhibiting and teaching her craft in the United States and Mexico and then in Europe. Her exhibits include her interpretations of different schools of paper culling from Japan, China, Poland, Holland, Germany and Mexico.

Olga has been featured in the Los Angeles Times, Sunset magazine, Rotterdams Nieuwsblad, Evening Free Lance and many more. She has appeared on television in various programs. Her work has been used on the set of several film and television projects and has been recognized with numerous civic awards, including the Certificate of Congressional Recognition.
